Return & Exchange Policy
At Urban Venom, every piece is produced with attention to quality. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, perfume or damage
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Urban Venom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size changes or change-of-mind requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
If approved, Urban Venom will cover all replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered when:
- The product is confirmed to be defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- A replacement cannot be provided
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted products
- Limited edition or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Urban Venom.

- Full Name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
