• Remote areas may require 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We may offer Free Shipping during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders. These offers will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment with our courier partner.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you for rescheduling. If the order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Urban Venom is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

At this time, Urban Venom ships within Pakistan only.
